Use your thumbs to \"tuck\" the excess fitting plastic behind your teeth.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eGently ease the Billy-Bob Teeth out of your mouth with a downward motion. Allow fitting plastic to cool (10 min).
