How to Apply: Follow the photo on the front of the package or create your own look. When using adhesive, less is best. Start by applying glitter first, then rhinestones, then stars. Finish with foil flecks. Apply more adhesive as needed.

Removal: Remove all excess makeup with damp paper towel. Wash with mild soap and warm water.
