Return Policy

Returns only apply to an online purchase. Purchases made in-store are final sale. Online returns can only be accepted if the return request is made within 48 hours of your online receipt. Past this time, we cannot accept your return due to the seasonal nature of our store. For hygienic purposes, makeup and wigs are final sale.

Once a Return Request has been submitted, we will email a Return Shipping Slip. Once your order has been received by our warehouse team, we will inspect the item. If your return passes inspection the original amount, minus shipping, and a 15% restocking fee will be refunded.

Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed. During our peak season (Halloween and Holidays) returns may take up to 4 weeks to process.
