Paint Peelies: Paint designs on a plastic sheet, let it dry for 24 hours. Peel off the sheet when dry. The design will stick to smooth or hard surfaces, windows & mirrors. 

Clothing: Let dry flat for 5 hours. Wait 72 hours before washing.
